RETURN POLICY - PLEASE READ PRIOR TO RETURNING YOUR ITEM:
Returns will be issued store credit only.
Your item must arrive back to us within 14 days from the day you receive your order.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipped after the 14-day grace period has expired or for items that are not returned to us in their original condition.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must not be worn, washed or altered in any way.
Returns will not be accepted if the original tags, including Lux Studio LA tags have been cut off. We will not honor a return with the tags unattached, so please do not send a tag-less item back to us as we will not re-ship it or honor store credit. The customer will be responsible to pay for shipping the item back to you if it does not fall under our returns guidelines.
Please include your original package slip with your order number and email used at checkout. If we do not receive this information inside your package, it can cause a delay issuing your credit as it takes additional time to locate the order.
We do not offer exchanges as our stock is limited and by the time your return is processed, the item you would like to exchange it for, may no longer be available.
We currently do not offer free returns. You will be responsible for the cost of your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Lux Studio LA does not provide return shipping labels.
A 15% restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery. If an item is returned due to non-delivery, you will be responsible for paying additional shipping charges to re-ship the item back to you, or you will be given store credit and will have to place a new order.

If you have an excessive amount of returns we will start applying a 15% restocking fee to your credit. If we feel it is becoming overly excessive, we will review your account at that time and we will make the decision to refuse service to you moving forward.
